[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n6 June 2023\n \nECO Animal Health Group plc\n(\"ECO\" or the \"Company\")\n \nIssue of Equity and Total Voting Rights\n \nECO Animal Health Group plc, a leader in the development, registration and marketing of pharmaceutical products for global animal health markets, confirms that a former employee has exercised options over 22,973 ordinary shares of 5 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\") under the Company's Deferred Bonus Scheme.\nApplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 22,973 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 9 June 2023.\nThe new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.\nTotal Voting Rights\nFollowing Admission, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 67,744,889 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
