[{"type":"text","content":"\n Eco Animal Health Group Plc\n (the \"Company\")\n\n Further re Interim Dividend and Scrip Dividend\n\nOn 11 March 2008 the Company announced that the record date for the alternative\nscrip dividend would be 28 March 2008 and it was therefore anticipated that the\nex-dividend date would be 26 March 2008. Through no fault of its own the\nCompany's shares were actually declared ex-dividend as of 3 April 2008. The\nrecord date will, however, remain unchanged at 28 March 2008. A circular\ndetailing the scrip dividend scheme is now expected to be posted to shareholders\non 14 April 2008.
