[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n 22nd May 2006\n\n Lawrence plc\n ECO receives further drug marketing authorisations\n\nLawrence plc is pleased to report that its Eco Animal Health (Eco) subsidiary\nhas received further marketing authorisations for Ecomectin, its veterinary anti-\nparasitic endectocide.\n\nThese approvals have been received through the European Mutual Recognition\nProcedure (MRP) and will now allow Eco to market Ecomectin injection in eleven\nkey European markets for the treatment of pigs. Ecomectin injection is already\nauthorised for the treatment of cattle and sheep. A further round of MRP\napplications is in process to extend this claim for pigs into additional\nimportant European markets.\n\nPeter Lawrence, Chairman of Lawrence plc commented:\n\"This further authorisation is another important and valuable step for Eco.
