Exercise of Share Option

LAWRENCE PLC 8 September 1999 Exercise of Share Options Lawrence Plc announces that Mr A Hamilton (an employee) has exercised 15,000 executive share options at a price of 180p as granted to him on 16 October 1995 and exercised 15,000 executive share options at a price of 100p as granted to him on 6 January 1995. Application is being made for these shares to be dealt on the Alternative Investment Market and it is hoped that dealing can begin on 17 September 1999.
