As a result of this transaction, Dr Jones' total shareholding in the Company comprises 7,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.\n \n \n \n \n \n Dr Frank Armstrong, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 3,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 324 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction, Dr Armstrong's total shareholding in the Company comprises 3,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.004 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.\n \n \n \n \n \n Christopher Wilks, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 7,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 330 pence per Ordinary Share.
