As a result of this transaction, Marc Loomes' total shareholding in the Company comprises 33,244 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.\n \n \n \n \n \n Christopher Wilks, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 16,595 Ordinary Shares at a price of 150.64 pence per Ordinary Share.
