[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n Circ re.Issue of Options\n \n \n\n \n Eco Animal Health Group Plc\n \n \n\n \n \n \n Issue of Share Options\n \n \n ECO Animal Health Group plc\n \n \n (“ECO†or the “Companyâ€)\n \n \n 14 October 2013\n \n \n The Company announces that on 9th October 2013, subject to \n shareholder approval at the forthcoming General Meeting to be held on \n the 22nd October 2013 in respect of the issue of 7,053,385 \n new ordinary shares of 5p further to our announcement on the 3rd \n October 2013 “Issue of Equityâ€, the Board has granted new options to \n certain Directors of the Company under the Company’s executive share \n option scheme. The options will vest on 9th October 2016 and \n have been granted as follows:\n \n \n \n \n Director\n \n \n  \n \n \n Number of options granted\n \n \n  \n \n \n Exercise price\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Marc Loomes\n \n \n \n \n 150,000\n \n \n \n \n £1.96\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Brett Clemo\n \n \n \n \n 100,000\n \n \n \n \n £1.96\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Julia Trouse\n \n \n \n \n 50,000\n \n \n \n \n £1.96\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Kevin Stockdale\n \n \n \n \n 50,000\n \n \n \n \n £1.96\n \n \n \n \n \n \n As previously disclosed on the 3rd October 2013 following the \n General Meeting, certain directors of the Company have exercised options \n over ordinary shares in the company at a price of between 109p and 161p, \n and will sell these shares at the Placing Price. Peter Lawrence will \n acquire 105,263 of these new ordinary shares at the Placing Price.
