The options will vest 20 August \n 2016 and have been granted as follows:\n \n \n \n \n Director\n \n \n  \n \n \n Number of options granted\n \n \n  \n \n \n Exercise price\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Marc Loomes\n \n \n \n \n 135,000\n \n \n \n \n £2.26\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Brett Clemo\n \n \n \n \n 75,000\n \n \n \n \n £2.26\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Julia Trouse\n \n \n \n \n 45,000\n \n \n \n \n £2.26\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Kevin Stockdale\n \n \n \n \n 45,000\n \n \n \n \n £2.26\n \n \n \n \n \n \n The aggregate 300,000 options issued represents approximately 0.55 per \n cent of the Company’s issued share capital.
