Thomson to launch in Germany
The Board of Thomson Intermedia is delighted to announce the formation of a
joint venture to launch its advertising solutions into the German market. This
offering is a direct collaboration between Thomson Intermedia and one of
Germany's leading media group's, Media Control, owned by Karlheinz Kogel.
Thomson Intermedia with their world leading technology in advertising analysis
have joined forces with Media Control who have an extensive distribution network
in Europe's largest advertising market. This formidable partnership, in which
Thomson provide their unique technology to replicate the UK offering, will
enable rapid penetration of real-time competitive solutions into the €16 billion
German Advertising Market.
The official launch of the new product will take place on 17th September in
Frankfurt to an audience of over 100 of Germany's key media players and
advertisers.
Thomson Intermedia will announce its interim results to 31st July 2004 on 21st
September 2004.
