Thomson Intermedia makes senior sales and marketing appointment
Thomson Intermedia, a leading provider of media intelligence, has appointed
Charlie Brookes to manage and lead the Group's sales and marketing activities.
He will report to the Chief Executive.
Charlie Brookes (34) will be responsible for developing and expanding the sales
team, increasing market awareness and driving further growth in the market.
Charlie has extensive experience in advertising sales, display and production
including four years as Head of Display Advertising UK at the Financial Times
and eight years in a range of sales and managerial roles at The Times and Sunday
Times.
Sarah Jane Thomson, Chief Executive, commented:
'The appointment of Charlie to lead and develop our sales and marketing unit is
a further important step in our development. We have grown very rapidly over
the last few years. We now need to increase the depth and experience of the
senior management; particularly at a time when we are widening our activities
and increasing our product range. '
