Both documents are available on Ebiquity's website at www.ebiquity.com/investors/.\n \nThe Company's AGM will be held at 10.00 am on Wednesday 4 June 2025 at the offices of the Company at 2nd Floor, Chapter House, Brunswick Place, London, N1 6DZ. \n \nThis year the meeting will be held in person and shareholders may also attend by videoconference. If you have any questions about the arrangements or would like details of how to join the meeting please email Dorcas Murray, Group Company Secretary and Legal Counsel at [email protected] by 10.00 am on Monday 2 June 2025. Please note that if you wish to attend the meeting by videoconference, you will be asked to confirm certain personal details so that we can verify that you are a shareholder.\n \nShareholders are encouraged to submit a proxy form appointing the Chair of the meeting as their proxy and giving instructions as to how they wish their votes to be cast. Details of how to do this are given in the notes to the notice of meeting.
