[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 9416T\n Eastinco Mining and Exploration PLC\n 23 July 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Eastinco Mining & Exploration PLC\n \n \n Extension of publication of the FY 2019 accounts\n \n \n \n \n \n Eastinco Mining & Exploration PLC (\"EME\" or the \"Company\") today announces that due to covid-19 related delays in collating information both in the UK and in Rwanda, the Directors now expect to announce their final results for the year to 31st December 2019 on or before the 28th August 2020. \n \n \n \n \n \n In Rwanda the Rwandan Government have put in place robust covid protection measures to stem the spread of the outbreak, these measures have resulted in a population of over 12.5mln having only 5 confirmed deaths as a result of Covid-19.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Company would also like to take this opportunity to confirm the issued share capital of EME. Following the recent issuance from the exercise of warrants, the issued share capital is now \n 418,963,829\n .
