[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0383D Equatorial Mining & Exploration PLC 01 July 2016 \n\n1st July 2016\n \nEquatorial Mining & Exploration Plc (\"EME\" or the \"Company\")\n \nHalf year trading statement\n \n \nFurther to the trading statement of the 10th June, EME announces a trading update for the half year to 30th June.\n \nThe Company continues discussions with its share, loan and warrant holders with a view to a short term injection of cash to enable the continuation of operations. These discussions held during June, have been sufficiently positive to embolden the Company to proceed with additional surveying of the exploration licences under its control in Edo State, Nigeria.
