Ms. Ren is represented by the same law firm who filed a similar petition in November 2018 (See News Release of November 9, 2018) that was dismissed by the Supreme Court of British Columbia (see News Release of August 29, 2019) in a decision affirmed by the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (see News Release of November 17, 2020).
