For further information concerning the original issuance of the Warrants, please refer to the press release of the Company dated June 26, 2020.Each Warrant currently entitles the holder to purchase one common share at a price of CDN$0.24 per common share at any time up to 5:00 p.m. local time in Vancouver, British Columbia on June 26, 2023 (the \"Expiry Date\"). Effective on June 26, 2023, the Company will extend Expiry Date to June 26, 2024. All of the other warrant terms remain unchanged.
