(TSX: LEAF) (\"\n \n LEAF\n \n \" or the \"\n \n Company\n \n \"),\n \n Canada's\n \n leading free-to-play mobile game group, today announces that the annual and special general meeting (the \"\n \n Meeting\n \n \") of holders (the \"\n \n Shareholders\n \n \") of common shares (\"\n \n Common Shares\n \n \") of LEAF is scheduled to be held virtually on\n \n June 29, 2021\n \n at 10:00 am (Pacific Daylight Time).\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n In addition to customary business matters to be considered at the Meeting, Shareholders will be asked to consider and, if deemed advisable, pass a special resolution (the \"\n \n Common Share Consolidation Resolution\n \n \") authorizing and approving the Company's board of directors (the \"\n \n Board\n \n \"), in its discretion, to direct the Company to file articles of amendment (\"\n \n Articles of Amendment\n \n \") to consolidate the Company's issued and outstanding Common Shares into a lesser number of issued and outstanding Common Shares (the \"\n \n Common Share Consolidation\n \n \").  The Common Share Consolidation will authorize the Board to select a Common Share Consolidation ratio of up to 10 old Common Shares for 1 new Common Share.  If the Common Share Consolidation Resolution is approved by the Shareholders, the Board will retain the discretion to elect not to proceed with the Common Share Consolidation.\n \n \n \n ABOUT LEAF\n \n \n \n LEAF Mobile Inc.
