Cease Trade Order

Earth Science Tech Inc. (the "Issuer") is a reporting issuer of the over-the-counter market to National Instrument 51-105 - Issuers Listed in the US Over-The Counter Markets, RLRQ, c. V-1.1, r. 24.1;

The issuer failed to file with the Autorité des marchés financiers (the "Authority"), the following periodic information (the "breach") required under the Securities Act securities, RLRQ, c. V-1.1 (the "Act") and NI 51-105:

• the unaudited interim financial report and the interim management report for the interim period ended September 30, 2019, documents required under Parts 4 and 5 of Regulation 51-102 and Section 5 (b) of NI 51-105;
• attestation of intermediate documents for the interim period ended 30 September 2019 required under Part 5 of Regulation 52-109 and section 5 (d) of Regulation 51-105.

Considering the defect of the issuer to remedy the breach at the date of this decision;

Considering sections 265, 267 and 318 of the Act;

Given delegated authority pursuant to section 24 of the Sector Leadership Act financial, RLRQ, c. E-6.1.

Accordingly, the Authority:

Earth Science Tech Inc. and its securityholders, brokers and their representatives, as well as to any other person, any activity related to operations on the securities of the reporting issuer of the over-the-counter market because it was not in accordance with the filing requirements of NI 51-105.

The Authority may revoke this decision under section 318 of the Act if the issuer remedy the breach satisfactorily.
