Significant new contracts wins endorse position

EARNZ plc has secured two significant new contracts, bolstering its strategic position in the energy services sector. Its subsidiary, A&D Carbon Solutions, has won an initial two-year contract with Fortem, working for Sanctuary Housing, expected to generate £2.6 million annually for retrofit insulation, ventilation upgrades, and renewable energy solutions. Additionally, Warm Low Living has been commissioned for survey design work on a project for a consortium of Social Housing Providers in Yorkshire, which will run until March 2028 and generate approximately £2.1 million for energy efficiency improvements to over 175 properties. Work across Stoke on Trent and Chester will commence in April 2026 providing retrofit insulation, ventilation upgrades, and renewable energy solutions to homes. Initially annual revenues are anticipated to be £2.6m per annum, with a potential extension for a further 12-18 months. EARNZ will be delivering its services via National Retrofit Solutions, our recently formed subsidiary business, based in Stafford.\n \nThis new contract follows on from A&D Carbon Solutions win in September 2025, to provide services to the Bradford Metropolitan Borough Council.\n \nWarm Low Living:\n \nEARNZ's subsidiary business, Warm Low Living, has been commissioned to start survey design work on a contract for a consortium of Social Housing Providers in Yorkshire.
