[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 1163O\n Verditek PLC\n 27 May 2020\n \n \n \n \n 27th May 2020\n \n \n Verditek PLC \n \n \n (\"Verditek\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n Issuance of 2,500,000 New Ordinary Shares \n \n \n \n \n \n Verditek plc, (AIM: VDTK) the clean technology company announces that it will issue 2,500,000 new ordinary shares (\"Ordinary Shares\") at nil consideration as part settlement of professional adviser fees. \n \n \n Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\") and it is expected that such Admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 28th May\n 2020\n . The Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank in full for all dividends and other distributions declared, made or paid after the admission of the Subscription Shares, and will otherwise be identical to and rank on Admission pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares. \n \n \n Following Admission, the Company will have 291,893,534 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which will be held in treasury.
