[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n29 November 2023\nVerditek plc\n(\"Verditek\" or the \"Company\")\nFinancing Update\nVerditek plc (AIM:VDTK), the international green technology company that develops, manufactures and sells lightweight solar panels provides the following update on its financial position.\nThe Company has limited cash resources and will need to conclude some form of fundraising or recapitalisation within the next four to twelve weeks (depending on, inter alia, the timing of receipt of a VAT refund from the Italian tax authorities). The Company is actively exploring a number of options.
