[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n29 August 2024\nEARNZ plc\n(\"EARNZ\" or the \"Company\")\nDirector and PCA Shareholdings\nEARNZ (AIM: EARN), an energy services company whose objective is to capitalise on the drive for global decarbonisation, announces that today, 29 August 2024, it was informed of the following share dealings:\n- Bob Holt, Executive Chairman of the Company has purchased 178,214 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the Company (the \"Ordinary Shares\") at 7.4 pence per share.\n- The sale by Angela Burnett, a Person Closely Associated (\"PCA\") to Bob Holt, of 133,333 Ordinary Shares, at a price of 7.35 pence into a SIPP in his own name.
