[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 6337Q\n Verditek PLC\n 29 October 2021\n \n \n \n \n This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (MAR), and is disclosed in accordance with the Company's obligations under Article 17 of MAR.\n \n \n \n \n \n 29 October 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n Verditek PLC\n \n \n (\"Verditek\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n Crowd for Angels (UK) Limited Bond and Warrant\n \n \n Verditek plc, (AIM:VDTK), the international green technology company that develops, manufactures and sells lightweight solar panels, has received a notice to exercise warrants to subscribe for \n 1,032,530 \n Ordinary Shares at a subscription price of 2.75p per share and a request for a partial redemption of the Company's corporate \"green\" bond to a value of £28,395 from Crowd for Angels (UK) Limited and this has been approved by the Company's board of directors. \n \n Application has been made for \n 1,032,530 Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\") and Admission is expected to occur on 3 November 2021. Following Admission of the Placing Shares, Verditek will have 342,204,973 Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM.
