The last two tranches are subject to certain financial targets being met. \n \n \n This award was in connection with the terms of his initial hiring as commercial Director prior to his appointment as CEO.\n \n \n \n \n \n The announcement dated 7 May 2020, disclosed that Rob holds 2,000,000 ordinary shares in Verditek. This should have stated 2,437,833. All other information in the announcement remains the same.\n \n \n \n \n \n Lord David Willetts, Chairman of Verditek, commented:\n \n \"\n \n It will be great to have Rob on the Board.
