[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n5 March 2024\n Verditek plc (to be renamed EARNZ plc) (\"Verditek\" or the \"Company\")\nAdmission of Shares,\nDirector/PDMR Shareholding\n and Total Voting Rights\n \nFurther to its announcement on 28 February 2024, the Company announces that 400 million new ordinary shares of 0.04 pence each in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") were admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00 a.m. today.\n \nAs part of this subscription, John Charlton, a director of the Company, has been issued 33,333,335 Ordinary Shares which is his entire holding of Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.49% of the Company's issued share capital.\n \nTotal Voting Rights\n \nFollowing Admission, the Company has in issue 954,649,417 Ordinary Shares with no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
