The full amended announcement is included below.\n \n \nEagle Eye Solutions Group PLC\n \n(\"Eagle Eye\" or the \"Company\")\n \nIssue of equity\n \nEagle Eye, a leading SaaS technology company that creates digital connections enabling personalised, real-time marketing through coupons, loyalty, apps, subscriptions and gift services announces that it has applied for the admission to trading on AIM of 10,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") following the exercise of certain options over Ordinary Shares. Dealings are expected to commence on 10 February 2020.\n \nFollowing the issue of the 10,000 new Ordinary Shares, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue as at the date of this notice is 25,700,455 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in Treasury.
