Bill is retiring from the Board to focus on other ventures.\n \n \n \n \n \n Bill is one of Eagle Eye's longest standing investors, having joined the Board and participated in the Group's Series A round of funding in June 2011, alongside Sir Terry Leahy.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Board has already commenced a process to select Bill's successor who will replace him as chair of the Audit Committee.\n \n \n \n \n \n Malcolm Wall, Chairman of Eagle Eye\n , said:\n \n \n \n \n \n \"\n Bill has been a highly respected member of the Board and important cornerstone investor since 2011, providing\n \n invaluable contributions to the direction of the business.
