A chartered accountant, she is currently Chief Financial Officer at Dianomi Plc, an AIM-listed digital advertising company for the financial services, technology, corporate and lifestyle sectors, and an Independent Non-Executive Director on the board of Elixirr International Plc. Previous positions include Independent Non-Executive Director at K3 Capital plc, before it was acquired in February 2023, Partner at formerly AIM-listed MXC Capital Limited, a TMT investor and adviser, and Corporate Finance Director at finnCap Ltd.\n \nCharlotte replaces Bill Currie, who retired from the Board on 14 March 2023, as Chair of the Audit Committee.\n \nMalcolm Wall, Chairman of Eagle Eye, said:\n \n\"We are delighted to welcome Charlotte to the Board of Eagle Eye.
