(TSXV: ETMC) (FSE: OU7A) (OTC: EEMMF) (the \"Company\" or \"E3 Metals\") is pleased to announce the successful closing of the first tranche (\"Tranche 1\") of its non-brokered private placement financing (the \"Offering\") announced on November 20, 2019.  Under the Offering, the Company has issued 2,267,900 units of the Company (the \"Units\") at a price of $0.40 per Unit for gross proceeds of $907,160.  Each Unit comprises one common share (a \"Share\") and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant a \"Warrant\"). Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional common share at an exercise price of $0.60 for a period of 30 months following the date of issuance. On Closing of Tranche 1 of the Offering E3 Metals has 27,341,885 common shares issued and outstanding.  All securities issued are subject to a hold period under applicable securities laws in Canada expiring on April 18, 2020.
