Her career includes a tenure at WarnerMedia Entertainment, where she served as senior vice president of research and consumer insight. During her time at WarnerMedia, Padula was instrumental in guiding the company through industry evolution, delivering strategic insights that shaped major content, marketing and advertising initiatives.
