GLEN ALLEN, Va., September 19, 2025--Dynex Capital, Inc. (NYSE: DX) announced today a corrected dividend amount for the third quarter 2025 cash dividend on outstanding shares of its Series C Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (the "Series C Preferred Stock") (NYSE: DXPRC), originally declared on September 11, 2025. The corrected cash dividend of $0.64147 is payable on October 15, 2025, to holders of record as of October 1, 2025.
