(TSX VENTURE: DYA) (\"Dynamic\" or the \"Company\") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tim Masek, as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Masek takes over from Jerry Solensky Jr., who remains a director of the Company.\n\nMr. Masek comes to Dynamic with a broad range of prior experience in assisting, advising and managing development-stage companies, having served as an investor, director, senior officer and advisor to numerous companies throughout the development stage of their growth and into profitability. For more than 14 years, Mr. Masek worked in a variety of capacities with TMB Industries, a Chicago-based private equity firm specializing in the acquisition, management, turnarounds and sales of under-performing companies. Mr. Masek's roles within TMB ranged from analyst to Vice-President, Corporate Development, to Senior Partner and Director. Through TMB Industries, Mr. Masek has had involvement with and made substantial contributions to a number of developing companies. In several instances, he has taken on senior management rolls, some of which include: President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors of Fuel Systems LLC, a leading manufacturer of light, medium and heavy-duty truck fuel tanks; Senior Vice President - Sales and Marketing, Transportation Technologies (NASDAQ) a leading supplier of truck components; President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Heckethorn Manufacturing, a supplier of stamped exhaust products; and President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Bostrom Seating, a supplier of truck seating products. \nThomas Fairfull, Chairman of the board of directors of Dynamic, states, \"we are extremely privileged and enthused to have someone of Tim's calibre and pedigree join our Company to lead us into the next stage of our development.
