(DYA - TSX Venture), (\"Dynamic\" or the \"Corporation\") is pleased to announce that it has engaged Cronus Capital Markets (\"CCM\") to assist the Corporation with information-based strategies to increase market efficiencies and overall liquidity. \n\nThe services to be provided by CCM will include the production of various forms of research coverage through CCM Research (a division of Cronus Capital Markets), ongoing media coverage, including quarterly public investor conference calls, published quarterly CEO interviews, and distribution and dissemination of research reports. Collectively, the various kinds of CCM ResearchReports(tm) provide a balanced, yet efficient, method to address investor information needs related to their decision-making process. The Corporation will be paying $60,000 (cash) for these services over the next 12 months and has approved the grant (subject to regulatory approval) of an aggregate of 240,000 stock options to CCM, each of which shall be exercisable into one common share of Dynamic at a price of $0.25 for a period of three (3) years. \n\nThere is no prior relationship between Dynamic and CCM, nor is there any prior direct or indirect interest in Dynamic or its securities, or any right to acquire such an interest on the part of CCM.\n\nMr. Thomas Fairfull, President and CEO of Dynamic stated \"we are very pleased to commence this new and exciting relationship with CCM.
