The Company is also required to place the Annual Financial Statements before the shareholders at the Meeting.\nAs the Company is continuing to work with its auditor to complete the audit of the Annual Financial Statements, the Company announced today that it will not be able to satisfy the Delivery Requirement. As the Company's intention is to hold the Meeting on December 31, 2025, the Company has applied to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the \"Court\") for relief from the Delivery Requirement to allow more time for the audit of the Annual Financial Statements to be completed and for the Annual Financial Statements to be delivered to shareholders on a date that is less than 21 days before the Meeting. In the alternative, and only if necessary, the Company may require alternative relief from the Court to, depending on any direction received from the Court, allow the Meeting to either proceed without the Annual Financial Statements being available, or to delay the date of the Meeting to allow additional time to complete and deliver the Annual Financials Statements in advance of the Meet...
