[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n18 October 2024\n \nDUNELM GROUP PLC\nSale of Shares by Concert Party and Update to Notice of AGM\nDunelm Group plc (the \"Company\") announces that, further to the announcement made on 10 October 2024 regarding the publication of Notice of Annual General Meeting, it has been subsequently notified to the Company that, on 10 and 11 October 2024, Jean Adderley disposed of, in aggregate, 500,000 Ordinary Shares. As such, the Concert Party now holds 75,468,945 Ordinary Shares equating to 37.32 per cent. of the voting rights of the Company.
