Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business before the Meeting, as follows:\n \n\n\n Appointment of Auditor\n \n\n\n PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP were appointed as Auditor of the Corporation and the directors of the Corporation were authorized to fix the remuneration of the Auditor.
