An electronic copy of the Notice of AGM will shortly be available to view on the Company's website, \n \n \n www.dukeroyalty.com\n \n \n .\n \n \n The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 29 November 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at 4th Floor, West Wing, Trafalgar Court, Admiral Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2JA.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Interim Results and Investor Webinars\n \n \n \n Duke Royalty will announce its Interim Results for the six months ended 30 September 2022 on Thursday 1 December 2022.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Investor Meet Company\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Neil Johnson, CEO, and Hugo Evans, Finance Director, will deliver a live presentation relating to the Interim Results via the Investor Meet Company platform on Thursday 8 December 2022 at 4pm GMT.\n \n \n \n \n \n The online presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders.\n \n \n \n \n \n Questions can be submitted pre-event via the IMC dashboard or at any time during the live presentation via the \"Ask a Question\" function.
