Rather, Mr. Kendall, through his company, JBK Integrated Solutions, LLC, has entered into a consultancy agreement with DSUSA so that he can better apply his expertise in UAV intelligence, surveillance, & reconnaissance; research and analysis; development of cutting-edge UAV concepts of operations; and government contracting processes.
