Fenton, Michigan, August 4, 2015: Drone Services USA, Inc. (The “Company”) (DSUS)
Due to a large number of email and calls received regarding statements being disseminated on message boards claiming the former CEO, Peter Villiotis retains “control” of DSUS, the company would like to assure its shareholders that Mr. Villotis is no longer affiliated with the company, whatsoever. As per the terms for his departure from the Company, Mr. Villiotis’s voting power through the Preferred B share block has been transferred to DSUS CEO, Joel Bredow.
As was announced on July 29, 2015, the Company and Mr. Villiotis have mutually agreed to cancel the consulting agreement between the parties.
Any suggestion that Mr. Villiotis is still affiliated with or has any control over Drone Services USA, Inc. is completely false.
