Cease Trade Order

Drone Services USA, Inc.

Section 164 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418

¶ 1 Drone Services USA, Inc. (Drone) is a Nevada corporation with securities quoted on the OTC Pink tier of the OTC Markets platform under the ticker-symbol DSUS. Drone is an OTC reporting issuer under Multilateral Instrument 51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets since April 3, 2017 because its business has been directed or administered in or from British Columbia.

¶ 2 Drone has failed to file any of the records required under the Act and regulations as an OTC reporting issuer (the required records).

¶ 3 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all persons cease trading in the securities of Drone until:

1. Drone files the required records completed in accordance with the Act and regulations, and

2. the Executive Director revokes this order.
