PHILADELPHIA, PA — April 6, 2026   Following its recent transition to the OTCID™ market and expansion into 19 additional metropolitan areas, DriveItAway Holdings, Inc. (OTC Marketplace: DWAY) ("DriveItAway" or the "Company") continues to build operational momentum as it scales its national dealer-focused mobility platform. With 40 active U.S. markets now launched in just over fifteen months, the Company’s expanding footprint is creating increased opportunities for dealer onboarding, vehicle deployment, and customer acquisition across multiple regions simultaneously, strengthening the foundation for continued platform growth.

DriveItAway’s scalable model, powered through Free2move Powered by DriveItAway, enables franchised dealers to monetize inventory through flexible lease-to-ownership and subscription pathways, expanding the buyer funnel beyond traditional financing channels.
