[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n28 March 2025\nDRAX GROUP PLC\n('Drax' or the 'Company')\n(Symbol: DRX)\n \nMAILING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS\n \nANNUAL GENERAL MEETING\n \nKEY DATES RELATING TO THE PROPOSED FINAL DIVIDEND\n \n \nMailing of the Annual Report and Accounts 2024 and ancillary documents to shareholders\n \nThe following documents have been mailed to the registered shareholders of Drax Group plc:\n· Annual Report and Accounts 2024;\n· Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting; and\n· Form of Proxy for the 2025 Annual General Meeting.\n \nIn accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1 a copy of each of these documents will shortly be available for viewing on the National Storage Mechanism.\n \nThe Annual Report and Accounts 2024 and the Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting will also shortly be available as follows:\n· for viewing on the Company's website, www.drax.com; and/or\n· by writing to the Company Secretary at the Registered Office; Drax Power Station, Selby, North Yorkshire YO8 8PH.\n\n \n\n \nAnnual General Meeting\n \nThe Company is to hold its Annual General Meeting at 10.00am on Thursday 1 May 2025, at 200 Aldersgate, St Paul's, London EC1A 4HD.\n\n \n\n \nKey dates relating to the proposed final dividend\n \nDetailed below are the key dates regarding the proposed final dividend:\n· 25 April 2025 - record date for entitlement to the dividend.\n· 16 May 2025 - payment date for the dividend.\n \nThe proposed rate of the final dividend is 15.6 pence per share.\n \n \nBrett Gladden\nCompany Secretary\n28 March 2025\n\n","length":4496,"tagName":"div"}]
