As a consequence, and subject to the transaction obtaining FCA Change of Control approval, the Group will exit its investment in Perkbox.\nThe award-winning global benefits and reward platform has been a portfolio company since Molten first invested in 2016, and currently sits just outside the Core Portfolio in the reporting.
