Third sub-franchisee signs first store.\nDP Poland, through its wholly owned subsidiary DP Polska S.A., has the exclusive right to develop, operate and sub-franchise Domino's Pizza stores in Poland. There are currently 26 Domino's Pizza stores in 6 Polish cities, Warsaw, Krakow, Wrocław, Gdansk, Szczecin and Zielona Gora, 17 corporately managed and 9 sub-franchised.\n1. Result of AGM\nDP Poland plc (AIM:DPP) held its Annual General Meeting today and all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.\n2. Trading Update Q1 2016\n· 14 consecutive quarters of double digit like-for-like1 system sales2 growth, Q4 2012 - Q1 2016\n· Like-for-like system sales up 23%\n· New store openings in new cities are performing well\n· 26 stores were open in 6 cities by mid-April\n· 3 stores under construction and pipeline of openings planned for H2 2016\n· Our third sub-franchisees Ewa and Remy Szutkiewicz took over their first store on 1 April 2016\n \nPeter Shaw, Chief Executive of DP Poland said:\n\"The first quarter of 2016 has opened strongly with like-for-like system sales up 23% on Q1 2015.
