Dotdigital Group plc has granted a total of 2,533,175 options over ordinary shares to Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) under its Performance Share Plan 2017, with an exercise price of 0.5 pence, subject to continued employment and performance targets for the financial year ending June 2028.
