[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 2679D dotDigital Group plc 30 January 2018 \n\ndotdigital Group plc\n(\"dotdigital\" or the \"Company\")\n \nAppointment of Permanent CFO\n \ndotdigital Group plc (AIM: DOTD), the leading 'SaaS' provider of an omnichannel marketing automation platform with email at its core, announces that Paraag Amin will be joining the Group as the Chief Financial Officer replacing Phillip Blundell, Interim CFO.\n \nParaag is a Chartered Financial Analyst, having qualified in 2004. Paraag has over 15 years' experience working as an analyst, Fund Manager and working with the public markets. He has previously held positions with Canaccord Genuity, Peel Hunt, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and has also previously founded his own business in the Digital Marketing Space.\n \nHe will be overseeing the finance and legal department and assisting the Group with the continuation of the successful strategy in growing this business.\n \nHe commences his executive role and will join the Board of Directors on 5 February 2018.\n \nMilan Patel, Chief Executive Officer of dotdigital, said: \"I'm delighted that Paraag has agreed to join me at dotdigital.
