Current Interim Chairman Ian (Tink) Taylor, who assumed the role until a full-time appointment could be made, will step down from the Board and will remain fully committed in his brand ambassadorial role and continue to focus on dotdigital's strategic partnerships.\nThe appointment of Mike brings to the Board a wealth of leadership and PLC experience. His career spans over 30 years serving on AIM listed, FTSE 250 and FTSE 100 companies, with a focus on the technology sector. Mike is a Non-Executive Director of Epwin Group plc, and due to retire from his role as Non-Executive Chairman of EMIS Group plc in May 2020, following a nine-year tenure. Mike will also chair the Nomination and Risk Committees.\nAs announced last year, the Board undertook a review of its composition in line with the QCA Corporate Governance Code (the \"Code\"). Following the appointment of Mike, the Board will consist of two independent Non-Executive Directors which meets the Board's independence criteria as defined by the Code. The Company will continue the search for another independent Non-Executive Director to join the Board, with the intention that they will chair the Audit Committee.\nMilan Patel, CEO of dotdigital, commented: \"On behalf of the team at dotdigital, I would like to welcome Mike to the Board.
