[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0697Z dotDigital Group plc 09 March 2017 \n\n\n\n\n\nFor Immediate Release\n\n\n9 March 2017\n\n\n\n\ndotdigital Group plc\n(\"dotdigital\" or the \"Company\")\nAdmission of 2013 EMI Shares\ndotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, announces that an application has today been made to the London Stock Exchange for 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each (\"2013 EMI Shares\") to be admitted to trading on AIM.\nThe issue of the 2013 EMI Shares was announced on 17 April 2013, but due to an administrative error by the Company's former advisers, the application for admission of these shares was not submitted to the London Stock Exchange at that time. Application has now been made for the 2013 EMI Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\") and it is expected that Admission of the 2013 EMI Shares will become effective on or around 15 March 2017.\nThe Company's issued share capital is unchanged and consists of 296,098,485 Ordinary Shares of which a total of 660,000 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 295,438,485.
