Dorel Announces Voluntary U.S. Deregistration

Dorel expects that this termination of\nregistration will become effective 90 days after its filing with the SEC. As a\nresult of this filing, Dorel's obligation to file certain reports with the\nSEC, including an annual report on Form 20-F and reports on Form 6-K, will\nimmediately be suspended.\n\n\nAs a TSX-listed reporting issuer, Dorel will continue to meet its\nCanadian continuous disclosure obligations by filing with the Canadian\nsecurities commissions.
