The annual research study, created based on real-world user input, evaluates vendors on the full spectrum of data and analytics capabilities needed to build and operationalize modern data products.\n\n“Modern organizations want more than dashboards; they want data products that move the business. This Dresner ranking validates the work our customers are doing every day on the Domo platform,” said Ben Schein, Chief Analytics Officer at Domo. “We’ve invested heavily in unifying data, AI, and action into the solutions our customers rely on so that every team can deliver measurable impact through the data products they create. Being ranked a top vendor is a signal that the market sees that difference.”\n\nThe Dresner report defines analytical data product platforms as, “integrated technology environments that include all needed functionality to support multiple analytical or BI use cases, including data engineering, data and analytic governance, self-service BI, AI, data science and machine learning, embedded BI or analytics, cloud support, and agentic AI.”\n\nThe report found that the majority of respondents (52%) preferred using a complete, integrated platform from a single vendor, while 37% favored a more composable, build-your-own approach. Domo supports both paths. Organizations can adopt Domo as a fully unified data and AI stack, or deploy individual components, such as integration, workflow automation, embedded analytics, or AI operationalization, to strengthen specific parts of their architecture. By embracing composability without sacrificing end-to-end capability, Domo adds value immediately and meets customers where they are.\n\n“Analytical data product platforms must deliver depth, breadth, and usability across the full analytics lifecycle,” said Howard Dresner, founder and chief research officer at Dresner Advisory Services. “Domo performed well in our 2025 study, demonstrating strong capabilities across core analytical areas including AI and agentic AI, governance, and self...
