[{"type":"text","content":"\nCompany Also Extends Its Pledge Beyond Leadership Positions to Include All Open Roles Across Its Organization\n\n SILICON SLOPES, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--\nDomo (Nasdaq: DOMO) announced today that it is a founding member of the ParityPledge in Support of People of Color, a new pledge that companies can make through Parity.org to accelerate their goals of increasing diversity to strengthen their organizations.\n\n\nDomo also announced it has extended its commitment to the ParityPledge by applying the pledge’s recruiting principles, designed for leadership roles, to all open positions throughout its organization.\n\n\nBoth moves are designed to help Domo accelerate its goal of becoming a stronger and more diverse organization.\n\n\nIn calling for “Equal Representation, Now,” the ParityPledge in Support of People of Color asks companies to commit to interviewing at least one qualified person of color for every open leadership role VP and higher, including the C-suite and board of directors.\n\n\nLike the tenets of the ParityPledge for gender diversity, the ParityPledge in Support of People of Color has no hiring quotas or deadlines.\n\n\n“We are so pleased to have Domo join us in their commitment as a founding member of this pledge,” said Cathrin Stickney, Parity.org founder and CEO. “Our original ParityPledge was created to close the gender gap in business, and we have always believed that equal representation of all groups was key to achieving that.\n\n\n“But it’s clear that we can—and must—do more for communities of color.
